Covering the African Mining Sector
Miningmx is a digital publication which provides independent news and analysis related to the African mining sector. The publication does not republish the content of other news vendors and focuses on producing best content through its network of independent journalists. The scope of the news and analysis is around commodity markets and corporate developments of South African and internationally listed companies where operations are in Africa, especially sub-Saharan Africa.
In addition to intraday news, the publication issues a Monday to Friday newsletter to between 9,000 and 10,000 subscribers worldwide. Readers are drawn from South Africa, North America, Australia and the United Kingdom and Europe. It also produces two print publications annually: the Mining Yearbook (in publication since 2003), and Rainmakers & Potstirrers which is distributed at the Mining Indaba Conference every February.
