The Lightning Ridge Opal & Gem Festival will include:
Wednesday 24th – Saturday 27th July 2024: Lightning Ridge Opal & Gem Festival
Free entry to indoor and outdoor stalls (Agate Street – behind Chemist and Racecourse carpark)
Open Wednesday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Open Saturday 9am to 3pm
Jewellers, buyers, wholesalers, miners, rock hounds, lapidary enthusiasts and tourists are invited to experience the best Lightning Ridge has to offer with this culmination of information, spectacular jewellery, collectables, great deals and fantastic networking opportunities.
The Lightning Ridge Opal & Gem Festival boasts over 150 stalls with a huge range of products including gemstones, tools, lapidary supplies and lifestyle products.
Wednesday 24th – Saturday 27th July 2024: Australian Opal Awards Trade Show
Entry Fee: TBA, New Building in the Sporting Fields
Open daily from, 10am – 5pm Wednesday – Saturday
Saturday 2th July 2024: Annual Opal Queen Ball
Entry Fee: $50 – includes a glass of wine/champagne on arrival and entertainment.
Entertainment: Carrot Bowen and the Collective
Theme: Coat and Tie/ Cocktail (dress code is strictly enforced)
